Project Delivery Coordinator

We’re seeking a coordinator to support the successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects at GAIN and its partners.

Status: open

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate project delivery with cross-functional teams across various disciplines. 
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet established goals.
  • Working with the project team to ensure focus on the quality of outputs and how the work we do best reflects the values of the GAIN.
  • Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives, including retrospectives and delivery team meetings.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and engagement.
  • Provide clear monitoring and reporting to clients when required, covering project-level deliverables and key performance indicators.
  • Monitor effectiveness across project workstreams and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Perform financial tracking, budgeting, and reforecasting activities.
  • Provide backup support for Business Support when they are on leave, such as handling receptionist duties.

Education and Desirable experience

  • MBA with 2+ years of previous experience in software engineering/related or B2B direct customer/client interaction roles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment with Scrum or Kanban processes and roles. Ability to coach and lead teams in Agile practices.
  • Experience in delivering technical projects end-to-end, on time, on budget, and of high quality.
  • Good understanding of and experience with project planning software and a range of cloud-based technologies
  • Experience in JIRA, MS Power BI, SAP

AI Application Engineer

The AI application engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications that deliver business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to identify and define AI use cases.
  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and integrate them into scalable applications.
  • Optimize, test, and maintain deployed AI systems to ensure performance, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Develop APIs, services, and pipelines to support real-time and batch AI workloads.
  • Research and evaluate new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve solution performance.
  • Collaborate on data engineering tasks, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and dataset preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and ethical AI standards.
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and implementation strategies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to cross-functional teams on AI application best practices.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment (entry-level roles may be considered with strong projects/portfolio).

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
  • Strong software engineering skills (API development, cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with data engineering tools (Spark, Airflow, SQL, NoSQL).
  • Knowledge of modern AI trends such as generative AI, LLMs, computer vision, or NLP.

Lead Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to build, optimize, maintain data pipelines, tools, and systems that power data-driven decision-making.

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes for structured and unstructured data.
  • Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
  • Build and manage scalable data infrastructure for reporting, analytics, and AI/ML use cases.
  • Perform data analysis to validate, clean, and transform data for business applications.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and self-service data tools to empower teams with insights.
  • Optimize SQL queries, database performance, and data warehouse design.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance with governance standards.
  • Automate workflows and monitoring systems to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Document technical solutions, workflows, and best practices.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, or BI development.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, optimization, stored procedures).
  • Strong experience with ETL tools (Airflow, Talend, DBT, Informatica, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with data warehousing platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse).
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data processing and analysis.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
